A1: This device supports only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks.
Q2: What is the maximum capacity of the memory card supported by the device?
 
A2: The device supports TF cards with a maximum capacity of 128GB.
Q3: Are the AI recognition and cloud storage features paid services?
 
A3: A subscription includes a 30-day free trial of AI recognition and cloud storage features.
Q4: Can multiple users watch the live video simultaneously?
 
A4: With a subscription, up to three users can watch the live video feed at the same time.
Q5: What should I do if the device disconnects from the network?
 
A5: You can restart the device by pressing and holding the power button, or reset it to factory settings by pressing the reset button located in the P-hole on top of the camera.
Q6: Is the device waterproof?
 
A6: The device has an IP65 waterproof rating. However, please ensure only the small soft rubber flap of the solar charging port is opened during use to prevent water ingress.
Q7:My camera can’t turn off or start. What should I do?
 
A7: No worries — just press the "P" button on top of the camera to restart the hardware. This usually fixes the issue right away.
Q8: My camera got disconnected from the app. How can I reconnect it?
 
A8: Simply press the power button twice in a row. You’ll see the blue light blink slowly and hear a “dong-dong-dong” sound. At that point, just follow the app’s steps to reconnect your camera.
